By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, or by clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

The Service is designed for adults, with programming intended for individuals aged 40 and older. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
The Service is not directed to and may not be used by anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete that information.

The Service provides general fitness, exercise, conditioning, and nutrition information and programming. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional medical care.
Your use of any fitness or nutrition content is entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Second Strength disclaims all liability arising from your reliance on such content.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate and adapt personalized programs, coaching, and recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:
Where the Service references coaching experience or methodology, this describes the general approach informing the programming and does not create a personal coaching, medical, or professional relationship between you and any individual coach.
Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription.
Purchases through app stores. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store ("App Stores"), depending on your device. When you purchase a subscription:
Pricing and changes. Subscription prices are displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by region and over time. We may change subscription prices; any change will apply to the billing period after the change and, where required by law, we will give you advance notice.
Refunds. Because subscriptions are processed by the App Stores, all payments, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the applicable App Store's policies. Second Strength generally cannot issue refunds directly for App Store purchases. Refund requests should be directed to Apple or Google as applicable. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and canceling only stops future renewals.
Free trials. If a free trial is offered, unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, and the subscription will begin billing automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Service on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

The Service and all of its content, features, and functionality — including software, text, programming, workout and nutrition content, designs, logos, the "Second Strength" and "S²" marks, and all related intellectual property — are owned by Second Strength or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the information and content you submit to the Service (such as your goals, history, and progress data). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, process, and adapt that content solely to operate, provide, personalize, and improve the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual right to use them without obligation or compensation to you.
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services (such as App Stores, payment processors, hosting and content-delivery providers, and analytics tools). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any content, including AI-generated content, will be accurate or reliable. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property provisions — will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
